I liked the hotel, received personalized service.
It had remote location close to Sandbar Lounge. The area was brand new. I had brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms with floor to ceiling windows and ipad.

The restaurant was fantastic for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. The bathroom was large, also it included full-length windows and ipad. The location was exceptionally nice, just next door to O Cinema Miami Beach.

I've been here for 5 nights, the breakfast was marvellous with great views and Grill, for instance. I liked convenient placing of floor to ceiling windows and ipad in the apartment.
The staff were not so good, didn't expect that coming.

The spa and fitness classes were excellent, with a yoga studio that opens to the outdoors. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and our suite was beautiful with a kitchen and ocean view. The staff were friendly and the common areas were clean and not crowded.

The igloo after a jacuzzi, combined with dry and steam saunas, is a rare and incredible experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff at the front desk and spa personnel were excellent at providing top-notch service, creating a VIP-like atmosphere. It's hard to come by good service in Miami, but the staff at this resort went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The housekeeping staff needs improvement in terms of professionalism and respect for guests' privacy.
